Within the fram work of the implementation of the ordonance N° 01-04 of August 20th, 2001 concerning the organization, the management and the privatization of the Gouvernement Controled Corporation (EPE), the Shareholding Management Corporation of " Food-Processing Industry " (SGP TRAGRAL), launches national and international invitation to tender for the partners interested in the following dairies industry transfer relating to GIPLAIT GROUP.

Interested candidates in the present notice can withdraw the specifications set in the transfer conditions or by delegating a written power of attorney to a person sent at the following address :

The tenderer must mention in the present request that it is specifications demand for the supply of the dairy of …………………..

The specifications will be handed over against the payment of Ten Thousand Dinars (10.000 DA) for residents or One Hundred Euros (100 Euros) for the non residents. The specifications can be obtained from the first publication of the present notice.

The submission files must be sent under double sealed fold to the address below indicated no later than Sixty (60) Days from the first publication of the present notice in the national newspapers.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be handed over to tenderers after the submission’s deposit.

The tenderers will be informed about the answer delayed to their offer according to the terms and the conditions provided for the specifications.
