Notice of call for National and International Shows of Interest

In connection with the implementation of the Ordinance no.01-04 of August 20th 2001 related to the organization, management and privatization of the Public Economic Firms (EPE), the Company for Share-taking management of “Agricultural Food Transformations“ (SGP TAGRAL), launches a notice of call for national and international shows of interest to the attention of partners, companies enacting in the agricultural food field having financial capabilities, for a share taking, in whole or in majority, within the capital stock of the subsidiaries or units of the Public Economic Firm ENASUCRE according to the batches with the following configurations:

(Batch no.01)	PEF (EPE/SPA SORASUCRE Sidi Lakhdar, province of Ain Defla	Refinery : 330 tons of red sugar per 24 hours Sugar Packaging : lumps , bags of 01 and 02 kg.
(Batch no.02)	Sugar Packaging Unit of Sfisef, province of Sidi Bel Abbes	Sugar Packaging: lumps, bags of 01 and 02 kg, enveloped sugar, dosing units of 10 gr., icy sugar, pie.

Share-taking conditions : the written show of interest, must precise the batch or batches targeted and must come with the following elements of information:

The corporate name: the address – telephone – fax
The main activities and information related to the company.
The certified copy of the company’s statutes as well as the balance sheets and accounts of operation of the last three corporate exercises
A written authorization of the signatory by the deliberating organ of the company
A certification of non-bankruptcy and judicial non-settlement, for the moral persons
And any useful element of information

The candidates interested in the hereby notice shall deposit, under shut folds (against receipt of acknowledgement), the show of interest as made accurate here above, within fifteen (15) days from the date of first appearance of this notice in the national press, that is, at the latest on Marsh th 20. 2007, time period in force to the address here under indicated.

The retained candidates will be invited by the SGP TAGRAL on written calling, to the effect of withdrawing the requirement book fixing the conditions, modalities and timetable needed for the performance of their due diligence as well as the elaboration and handing over of the technical and financial tender.
